VENUE MANAGEMENT

Apart from being the management of Queen Sirikit National Convention Center, N.C.C. Management & Development Co., Ltd. provide a venue management service for other convention and exhibition centers.

 

3 Public Venues in Christchurch, New Zealand

Currently, the company has received international recognition by being awarded the management contract for the convention facilities, sports complex and town hall in Christchurch, New Zealand. Through another competitive worldwide bidding process, NCC was chosen to open and manage these facilities because of their uncompromising commitment to quality, their innovative management style and their extensive international networking capabilities.

 

The Christchurch Town Hall

The Christchurch Town Hall is the city's premier performing arts center. It was designed for the presentation of a wide range of activities including orchestra concerts, opera, ballet and dramatic productions, musical comedy, variety, folk rock and jazz concerts, conventions and conferences.

 

The Christchurch Convention Center

Centrally located, The Christchurch Convention Center is New Zealand's only purpose-built convention center. The halls of the new Christchurch Convention Center comprise over 1,864- sq. meters of pillarless flat floor space, an ideal environment for convention, exhibitions, trade shows and event of all types.

 

The Westpac Trust Centre

The Westpac Trust Centre which opened 12 September 1998, is New Zealand's largest indoor stadium. This impressive multi-purpose arena hosts concerts, exhibition and a wide range of sporting events. Provision for an international sports and traditional indoor arena has been integrated into the design requirements.

N.C.C. (New Zealand) Ltd. offers an extensive range of functional applications and business support services to fulfill the needs of organizers and visitors. In keeping with the venue complex, the services are equally versatile. Its technical services and events staffs possess the expertise to ensure all events run smoothly.

 

Golden Jubilee Convention Hall

In commemoration of the historic 50th Anniversary of His Majesty the King of Thailand's Accession to the throne, "The Golden Jubilee Convention Hall" was constructed on 60 rai at Khon Kaen University with the aim of becoming a new world- class multi - purpose venue for Thailand,The first of its kind in Isan, the northeastern region of Thailand.

The Golden Jubilee Convention Hall has a total space of 3,000 sq. meters, and is equipped with state-of-the art multimedia technology and light & sound and audio-visual systems for international events, conferences, exhibitions, concerted and entertainment shows. Furthermore, building automation and security systems such as climate control and emergency power supply mean convenience as well as safety.

N.C.C. Management & Development Co.,Ltd. has also been entrusted by the University of Khon Kaen to manage the Golden Jubilee Convention Hall since its opening in 1997 . To date, many large scale events in the form of conferences, trade fairs and special events has been successfully hosted. The company is committed to venue management excellence and total quality service. It is determined to make the Convention Hall and Khon Kaen one of the world's most vital new growth centers.

 

EXHIBITION ORGANIZER

Developed from Professional Event Organizer (PEO), one of core operating units of N.C.C Management & Development Co, Ltd. , N.C.C Exhibition Organizer Co., Ltd. (NEO) was established in the year 2004 to provide the best service in organizing and managing local and international events nationwide.

With long term experience in PEO field, NEO has successfully developed, planned, and executed numerous high profile events including international and local trade exhibitions.

 

The scope of services includes :

  • Establishing, organizing and managing local and international trade exhibitions including opening ceremonies, performances, receptions, etc.

  • Providing complementary fair services and trade/industry promotion activities.

  • On-site Management

Over the year, NEO has generated an impressive track record of events.
International trade exhibitions have included shows such as VIV Asia , Meditech Asia, Intershop Asia, and TIG : Thailand International Gift & Premium fair. As the official show manager appointed by Thailand's Department of Export Promotion for the Bangkok International Gift & Houseware show and the Bangkok International Fashion fair, the NEO has surpassed all targets in elevating the show to truly international standards. It has also met with equal success in drawing large crowds.

NEO also pioneered numerous local fair concepts including the very successful Wedding Fair , Family Festival, Thailand Bestbuys , CITE: the Communication & Internet Expo, Pet Expo Thailand and Collection World .

Drawing on this extensive experience, the NEO is poised to professionally meet all of the needs of industry, particularly international exhibitions and trade fairs, one can be assured of the highest quality events possible.

 

CONVENTION ORGANIZER

The NCC PCO Unit, as part of the N.C.C. Management & Development team that successfully facilitated world-class convention/congress such as 46th World Bank/IMF Annual Meetings, 1st Asia-Europe Meeting (ASEM), the 10th Session of the United Nations Conference on Trade and Development (UNCTAD X) 2000, and others, provide a range of services in organizing conventions, conferences, corporate meetings hosted by corporations and companies, trade and professional associations as well as government agencies. With 10 years of experience behind us, PCO Unit pledges the guarantee of satisfaction and event success to our clients.

N.C.C. Image's scope of work consists of providing services in the areas of:

  • Carpeting service

  • Furniture and fittings rental service

FOOD & BEVERAGE

Within the Center, F&B manages two fast food areas, a full service restaurant and catering facilities that serve over 5,000 persons.

All of the prestigious events that have been held at the Queen Sirikit National Convention Center have ensured culinary success by engaging the service of F&B International.

 

Fast Food

A fast-food service is available in zone D Ground and Atrium area of the Convention Center.

 

Booth Catering and Food Trolley

Our Catering Service for Exhibitions and Fairs includes Booth Catering and Food Trolley services.

 

Banqueting

Our Banqueting Services undertakes special catering arrangements for meeting, seminars, receptions and weddings, cocktails, buffet lunches and dinner from 15 up to 5,000 people.

 

Outside Catering

For offsite events, our Outside Catering Service provides a range of Food and Beverage options such as cocktails, buffet lunches or dinners and coffee breaks.

 

 

RESTAURANTS

We provide our customer full service restaurants within the Center.

 

Retro Live Cafe, the modern setting restaurant in red bright color with a glimpse of retro, operated by F&B International Co., Ltd. Flash back to mega hits of the 80's and 90's, both Thai and International music, and see latest music video as well as golden oldies. Chill out with the live acoustic tunes and feel the beat of all your favorite hits from the‘House Band'.

The restaurant consists of two parts. The inside is divided into zones where you can enjoy selections of live music. The restaurant has a capacity of 1,000 persons in a 1,380 square meters area with state-of-the-art light and sound system well equipped for every special occasion. Or customers can enjoy the relax ambience near the lakeside and the beautiful garden view at the heart of the city
